Nisse Hallberg is one of Sweden’s most established and influential standup comedians. A natural headliner with both presence and precision. With two nationwide tours behind him and hundreds of club performances, he has built a loyal audience across the country. His story driven comedy is personal, uncompromising and delivered with razor sharp timing.
He has received multiple nominations at the Swedish Stand Up Gala and won Show of the Year in 2022 for his acclaimed solo performance Tomten är ensam. A show that cemented his position as one of the country’s strongest live comedians. As early as 2015, he was named Newcomer of the Year with the motivation: “A diamond of natural funniness… Humor with this level of authenticity is like smooth jazz for the soul.”
Beyond the stage, Nisse is a prominent voice within the Swedish podcast scene. He is one of the profiles behind the hugely successful podcast Kafferepet, one of the country’s most listened to comedy and relationship podcasts, and also the creator of the appreciated podcast Är jag sjuk?, where his humor meets self awareness and everyday absurdities at their most precise.
