At Blique by Nobis, conference lunches and coffee breaks are more than just pauses they are an integral part of the meeting experience. We tailor our coffee breaks to your meeting and energy levels, always with the season in mind, with some of the ingredients grown in our own courtyard. From energizing morning breaks to classic pastries or healthier options in the afternoon.
We collaborate with Klimato to measure and reduce the climate impact of the food we serve. This is important, as the food industry accounts for one third of the world’s total emissions.
We also climate-label our menus to inspire our guests to choose dishes with a lower climate footprint—options that not only taste great but also do good by helping reduce the climate impact of food.
We work with circular sustainability, where all food waste is processed in our waste disposal system, transforming leftovers into compost soil. This compost is then used to nourish our kitchen garden resulting in zero food waste.
We offer 10 meeting rooms, one large event venue, and a cinema room. All spaces are equipped with a 65” TV screen, power outlets for computers and chargers, an HDMI cable, and a coat rack. As a tribute to Lewerentz, the world-renowned architect who designed our building, our 11 event and conference rooms are named after buildings from his portfolio.
