Jesper Rönndahl is one of Sweden’s most versatile and acclaimed comedians, equally at home on the stand-up stage as he is on live television. His career took off in radio as early as 2002 on P3, where he quickly rose from producer to host on shows such as *Hej Domstol!* and later *Pang Prego*. Over the years, he has established himself as a leading figure in comedy on both radio and television.

He made his debut as a stand-up comedian as early as 2004 and was named Rookie of the Year at Norra Brunn in 2007. This was followed by a series of acclaimed club shows and collaborations with, among others, Anders Johansson and Magnus Erlandsson, with whom he toured the country between 2006 and 2011.

With the science comedy show *Institutet* (2011–2016), he won the Stora Radiopriset award for both “Educator of the Year” and “Entertainment of the Year.” He has also hosted TV shows such as *Bobster*, *Extra! Extra!*, and the youth program *Gabba Gabba*, and appeared on *Comedy Fight Club*.

Jesper has completed several nationwide solo tours: *Hej framtiden!* (2013–2014), *Bildbevis* (2015), *Senaste nytt* (2017–2018), and *Jesper Rönndahl Live!* (2021–2022).

In the world of television, he has been a leading satirist. He created and starred in the hit series *Dips* (2018, with season 2 airing in 2020) and hosted the first three seasons of SVT’s flagship satire show *Svenska Nyheter* (2018–2019). This was followed by the satire program *Vem mördade skolan?*

He has also enjoyed great success on *På spåret*, finishing in second place in 2013–2014 and then winning two consecutive titles from 2014 to 2016 alongside Elisabet Höglund. In the summer of 2014, he hosted *Sommar i P1*.

In 2023, he took the stage at one of Sweden’s biggest entertainment venues as the host of Melodifestivalen. Jesper is doing very few shows this spring, and on May 8, he’ll wrap up the season at Standup by Blique.
