At Blique Nobis, conference lunches and coffee breaks are more than just breaks—they’re part of the meeting experience. We tailor the refreshments to your meeting and your energy levels, always taking the season into account, with some of the ingredients grown right here in our own courtyard. From energizing morning snacks to classic afternoon pastries or healthy options.
We are partnering with Klimato to measure and reduce the climate impact of the food we serve. This is important given that the food industry accounts for one-third of the world’s total emissions!
We also label our menus with climate ratings to encourage our guests to choose dishes with a lower carbon footprint—they not only taste great but also do good by helping to reduce the environmental impact of food.
We practice circular sustainability, where all food waste is processed in our food waste disposer, which converts the scraps into compost that we then use to fertilize our vegetable garden—resulting in zero percent food waste!
We have 10 meeting rooms, a large event space, and a movie theater. All rooms are equipped with a 65-inch TV screen, power outlets for computers and chargers, HDMI cables, and coat hooks. As a tribute to Lewerentz, the world-renowned architect who designed our building, our 11 event and conference rooms are named after buildings in his portfolio.
