1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use (“the Terms of Use”) apply when you visit our website and when Blique Nobis provides services related to hotel stays, conference bookings, and dining experiences (“the Services” or “our Services”).

1.4 To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and otherwise legally capable of entering into a contract, and you must agree to be bound by the Terms of Use.
1.5 By using Blique Nobis or any of our other products or services linked to these terms, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Our Services
2.1 Blique Nobis offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to enjoy unique experiences in the areas of hospitality, dining, meetings, and events at our five-star hotel, centrally located in the heart of Stockholm.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the information, personal data, and, where applicable, login credentials that you provide when using our website and services. You are also responsible for all use of our services and for ensuring that your login credentials are protected against unauthorized access. Blique Nobis therefore assumes no responsibility for your use of the information you provide through our services.
2.3 Blique Nobis may in the future offer new solutions as part of our services. These solutions may be subject to specific terms and conditions. If you, as a user, wish to activate or otherwise make use of these solutions, you must, where applicable, accept the specific terms and conditions that apply to each solution.
2.4 Blique Nobis and its partners may send targeted offers to hotel guests and other users of our services, via email or by other means. If you do not wish to receive targeted offers, you may notify Blique Nobis in writing. For more information on this, please see our Privacy Policy.
3. Reservation
3.1 When booking a hotel room, you and Blique Nobis agree on the terms and conditions of your hotel stay. These terms and conditions are set forth in these Terms of Use and in your booking confirmation. Special rules apply to bookings for meetings, events, and restaurants.
3.2 Hotel room reservations made through our website are processed via a third-party solution provided by AZDS Interactive Group / Sabre Hospitality Solutions and their booking engine, SynXis. By completing a reservation through SynXis, you agree to SynXis’s terms of use as well as SynXis’s specific terms and conditions for your reservation, if applicable. As part of the booking process, you also have the option to create an account and save information for future bookings. We at Blique Nobis therefore recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions applicable to bookings made through SynXis.
3.3 Your reservation is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a reservation number. In most cases, confirmation and the reservation number are provided in writing, but depending on the circumstances, they may also be communicated verbally.
3.4 To book a hotel room at Blique Nobis, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are over 18 and are sharing a hotel room with a minor, you are fully responsible for the minor’s use of the hotel room and our services in general. For more information about booking hotel rooms, please contact our reservations department.
3.5 For hotel stays, our check-in and check-out times vary depending on the reservation and room type. In most cases, these times are provided on our website and in your booking confirmation. For up-to-date information regarding your reservation, please contact our reservations department.
3.6 Reservations must be canceled by 6:00 p.m. (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid being charged the total amount for the first night of your reservation, including tax. In the event that you do not show up for your reservation, a “no-show fee” equal to the total amount for the first night of your reservation, including tax, will be charged.
3.7 Blique Nobis has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. We can only accommodate pets if you have made a prior reservation and received confirmation that we have rooms available. For more information, please contact our customer service.
4. Payment
4.1 When you book our services via our website, by phone, or in person at our hotel, you can choose to pay by debit card, credit card, or invoice. Purchases made via invoice are managed by Klarna, and this service is available only to business customers who have entered into a separate agreement with Blique Nobis. When paying by debit or credit card, Adyen B.V. handles all banking transactions related to our services by verifying that your card is valid for the purchase directly with your bank. Your card details are transmitted directly to your bank via Adyen’s system, and we at Blique Nobis therefore do not handle any debit or credit card numbers ourselves.
4.2 If you choose to pay for our services with a debit or credit card, you can use cards issued by Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners, and Euro Card. Your card information is sent directly to your bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank. All communication related to payment is encrypted using the industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for secure transmission over the Internet.
4.3. In addition to the provisions of Section 4.2, Blique Nobis is not obligated to accept any payment or credit cards, checks, vouchers, or foreign currency other than cash in Swedish kronor, unless the hotel has offered to do so.
4.4 Your payment is processed by Adyen using secure encryption and in accordance with strict banking standards, known as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Some purchases of our services may also be subject to 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode), provided that this security feature is enabled on your debit or credit card.
4.5 At Blique Nobis, we do not charge any additional fees for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on the type of card and the bank. If we have not received payment after you submit your reservation, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
5. Availability, security, and accuracy of the services
5.1 Although we strive to ensure that our website is always available, we cannot be held liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable. We therefore cannot guarantee that your access to the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. In addition, we may occasionally need to perform repairs and maintenance on the website, which may affect its availability and functionality.
5.2 Access to the website may be suspended at any time for you personally, as well as for all other users, either temporarily or permanently and without prior notice. We may also impose restrictions on the use of any part of our services without having to notify you in advance or provide a reason for imposing such restrictions.

Part of our commitment to providing Sweden’s best hotel experience is ensuring that all our guests feel completely safe in every interaction with our hotel, which of course also includes our website. Therefore, you may not use our website or otherwise utilize our services in a manner that:

- is fraudulent, criminal, or illegal;
- may be obscene, inappropriate, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, racist, sexist, discriminatory, insulting, derogatory, harmful, harassing, intimidating, disturbing, malicious, or threatening
- pretends to be someone else or misrepresents a relationship with another person;
- includes the use, dissemination, or transmission of viruses or similar programs intended to damage, disrupt, interfere with, or take control of systems, data, or personal information.
8. Respect for Blique Nobis
Since we do our utmost to respect you and all other hotel guests, we would appreciate it if you would also respect the rights of Blique Nobis. By accepting these Terms of Use, you hereby agree that you will not:
- use trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, instructional videos, or other materials used in our services.
- copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, transmit, perform, display, make available, or otherwise use any part of our services or the content of our services beyond what is specified in these Terms of Use.
- use the Services, any tools provided by the Services, or any content within the Services for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Blique Nobis.
8.1 Photography and Filming
Photography and filming conducted on the premises of Blique Nobis may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent Blique Nobis. “Commercial purposes” include, but are not limited to, use in marketing, advertising, social media, press materials, or other contexts that may be perceived as promotional or business-related. Unauthorized use may result in claims for compensation or other legal action.
9. Links to third-party websites
We assume no responsibility for the content of any website we link to via our website or social media. For more information on how these websites handle your use of their services and your personal data, we recommend that you carefully review their terms of use and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Unless otherwise stated, all content on the website is owned by Blique .

However, Blique Nobis cannot guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the information presented in connection with our services. Blique Nobis therefore reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, this may cause Blique Nobis to cancel the purchase and refund the amount in question in the best possible manner. This may be done at any time. Consequently, all liability for both direct and indirect damages caused by the use of the website or the information provided by the website is excluded, to the extent not otherwise required by mandatory law.
11.3 Blique Nobis shall not be liable for any financial or other decisions you make based on your use of our services, or for any services or goods you choose to purchase from independent third parties or Blique Nobis’s partners. 13.1 Blique Nobis has the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms. Users of the services are not permitted to assign their rights and obligations. Furthermore, Blique Nobis has the right to engage subcontractors to fulfill its obligations.
