Nisse Hallberg is one of Sweden’s most established and influential stand-up comedians. A natural headliner with both gravitas and precision. With two nationwide tours under his belt and hundreds of club performances, he has built a loyal following across the country. His story-based humor is personal, uncompromising, and delivered with impeccable timing.
He has been nominated multiple times at the Swedish Stand-Up Gala and won the 2022 Show of the Year award for his acclaimed solo show *Tomten är ensam*. A show that cemented his status as one of the country’s absolute top live comedians. As early as 2015, he was named Newcomer of the Year with the following citation: “A diamond of natural humor… Humor with this kind of authenticity is like sweet jazz for the soul.”
Beyond the stage, Nisse is a major figure in the Swedish podcast scene. He is one of the creators behind the hugely successful *Kafferepet*, one of the country’s most-listened-to comedy and relationship podcasts, and is also behind the popular podcast *Är jag sjuk?*, where his humor combines self-deprecation with the absurdities of everyday life in the most spot-on way.
