Chefs at Blique Nobis

We at Nobis Hospitality Group are currently seeking staff for our latest hotel venture, Blique Nobis. We already operate well-known brands such as Operakällaren and the design hotels Nobis Hotel Stockholm, Nobis Hotel Copenhagen, Hotel Skeppsholmen, and Miss Clara. In April 2019, we opened Blique Nobis Hotel on Gävlegatan in the new Hagastaden district—a modern hotel concept featuring 249 rooms, spacious social areas, flexible event and meeting facilities, two restaurants, bars, and a rooftop terrace with views of Stockholm. Here, we are creating a vibrant and social gathering place with strong elements of architecture, design, and other forms of creative expression. We are currently looking for humble, passionate, and preferably colorful personalities who want to help build our social gathering place.

Chefs
Knowledge, presence, intuition, and personality—these are some of the core values that define the service we provide to our guests at Blique Nobis. The position is primarily based at our rooftop restaurant Arc, located on the 11th floor with an unparalleled view of Stockholm. Restaurant Arc offers Asian, and primarily Korean, cuisine. The position involves irregular working hours, primarily evenings and weekends. You will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Background & Profile:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a chef and a strong desire to learn and share ideas.
  • We would prefer that you have previous experience with Asian cuisine.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to working in an open kitchen where interacting with guests and collaborating with colleagues are equally important.
