A Green Journey with Jessica Lyon
For us at Blique Nobis, sustainability is more than just a trend. We strive to integrate sustainability into everything we do, from design and food to how we manage our resources. One of our proudest achievements is our own garden, which is tended year-round by our head gardener and sustainability expert, Jessica Lyon.
With a deep passion for gardening and sustainable ecosystems, Jessica creates the conditions that allow us to offer our guests fresh herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers—straight from our own garden to our restaurants and floral arrangements. We operate within a sustainable cycle where organic waste from our kitchens is transformed into nutrient-rich soil, which is then used to grow new produce.
At Blique , we Blique in food that reflects the season—food that tastes amazing and is good for the planet. Through our farming practices and sustainability efforts, we strive to inspire both our guests and the community around us to embrace a greener future.
